Returns and Refunds
We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the DoorWay Boutique Store. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
Returns are subject to DoorWay Boutique's sales and refunds policy. If you purchased your product from DoorWay Boutique online store and you decide you no longer want it and wish to return your order or just certain items from it, please contact us. We’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method if you return it to us within 7 days of you receiving your order. Please ensure it is returned in the original packing intact and unused. Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
Refunds are for product only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges are applicable to process the item return. Please click here for further information on shipping charges. This Returns Policy does not apply to any “Customized Products”.
Once we have received your return, please allow up to 21 working days for your return to be processed and your account refunded. We can only refund to the original card used with the order.
This option is in addition to your consumer rights to return defective products. If you're having trouble with your new DoorWay Boutique product or believe it is defective, please contact us immediately to report your defective product.
If you purchased your product from DoorWay Boutique and made a purchase involving a free gifts/gift cards, you will need to return the free gifts/gift cards as well as the unwanted product. If you do not return the free gifts/gift cards, your return will not be valid.
